Can I get a refund?

Inside Proxy has a fair refund policy.

REFUND CONDITIONS
You may request a refund if:
- Your plan never activated after purchase
- There was a technical error on our end
- You were charged incorrectly

REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE IF
- You have already used bandwidth from the plan
- More than 48 hours have passed since purchase
- The proxy worked but you changed your mind

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Open a support ticket with your invoice number and reason. Our team will review it within 24 hours.

BALANCE REFUNDS
Unused balance can be refunded minus payment processing fees (Stripe/PayPal charge 2-5%).
